General
We accept all orders on the basis that these terms and conditions are understood
and agreed to. As all orders are immediately entered into our order system they
are treated as binding.
The order will be reserved until a full deposit of 20% is paid. A letter of
order confirmation will then be forward to you and you will then receive a notice
of full payment.

Postage and Packaging
Our aim is to provide the best possible service and to keep customers informed
at all times,
We deliver free of charge to orders within the local area. For orders outside
this area, a charge is made to cover postage and packaging materials.
Your order will be sent using Royal Mail with recorded delivery.
In most cases your order should reach you in two to three working days after
posting in the UK and obviously a little longer outside the UK.
If you wish to pay extra for postage we can use first class or air mail abroad
please ask for postage amount if you prefer by sending email through our inquiry
section.
Prices
We operate a fluid pricing policy and we reserve the right to alter prices with
out prior notification.
Availability and Delivery
All goods are offered subject to availability and Finest Favours cannot be held
responsible for items that become discontinued. On out of stock items an alternative
will be offered and we will endeavour to deliver the goods by the stated delivery
date. Should the delivery date be breached the buyer shall not be entitled to
refuse to accept late delivery or treat late delivery as a breach of contract.
Returns
Undamaged goods returned due to customer error will result in the issue of a
credit note following the deduction of a 20% restocking charge. We cannot accept
any items showing signs of being used, displayed or in such a condition as to
render them not re-sellable.
Refunds
We only refund monies paid arising from our error. Any items returned must be
in as dispatched condition with no interference of any kind to contents of packages
or goods.
Material Variations
Finest Favours cannot accept responsibility for colour and texture variations,
which may occur occasionally.
Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Finest Favours until full payment has been
received.
Privacy statement
Your email address is only used for correspondence concerning your orders or
enquiries. Finest Favours does not use customer emails for promotional purposes.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive
telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed.
Your mailing address is used to deliver your product.
